[5374] Site Implementation Manager

Location: Braine L'Alleud /Brussels /The Hague
The Site Implementation Management support requires an Implementation Manager with the following qualifications:
1) Project/Implementation Management Knowledge :
a. Basic understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
b. Understanding of project life cycles and the ability to assist in the planning and execution of site implementations from initiation to completion.
c. Extensive experience in managing IT migration projects involving user migrations, preferably in military or structured environments. (8 years)
2) Organizational Skills:
a. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
b. Proven ability to plan complex user rollouts including planning of users, support staff, contractors and physical resources such as rooms, devices, assets.
c. Capacity to handle and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
3) Communication Skills :
a. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, project managers and stakeholders including leadership of the customer organization.
b. Ability to prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
c. Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with different teams and stakeholders and ensuring timely follow-ups.
4) Team Collaboration:
a. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, ensuring smooth coordination of project activities.
b. Willingness to cooperate technical leads and other teams to ensure project success and resolve project-related issues.
5) Adaptability and Learning Ability:
a. Eagerness to learn and grow in project management, with a proactive approach to personal development and skill enhancement.
b. Adaptability to changing project requirements and an evolving work environment.
6) Technical Proficiency:
a. Advanced proficiency in using M365 tools, such as Excel, Word, Loop, Planner, MS Teams, etc. to plan, document and track.
b. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365) and project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is an advantage but not mandatory.
7) Others:
a. The candidate has strong customer relationship skills, including negotiating complex and sensitive situations under pressure.
b. Full proficiency in the English language. French language proficiency is of advantage. c. The candidate must have the nationality of one of the NATO nations
